1. Nature of Digital Products & Licensing
All items sold on AdiGiVault—including Excel templates, Notion operating systems, video editing packs, viral reels collections, AI video prompts, and educational resources—are digital assets delivered electronically.
Single-User Commercial & Personal License:
- Permitted Uses: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased assets in personal projects, internal business workflows, and client deliverables (such as finished client spreadsheets, published social media videos, marketing campaigns, and edited videos).
- Strict Restrictions: You may NOT resell, re-distribute, sub-license, repackage, share on public repositories, or bundle our source files, prompt formulas, or download links to any third party.
2. Pricing, Multi-Currency & Payments
Prices for products are displayed on each individual product page. We utilize geo-localized dynamic pricing:
- Bangladesh: Transactions are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed securely via UddoktaPay (supporting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local debit/credit cards).
- International: Transactions are billed in United States Dollars (USD) and processed securely via Stripe.
We reserve the right to modify prices or terminate promotional pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Instant Delivery & Account Access
Upon successful payment confirmation, your order is fulfilled automatically:
- Download links and access instructions are displayed instantly on the order confirmation screen.
- A confirmation email containing all download URLs is dispatched immediately to your checkout email address.
- If you created an account, all purchased files and active subscriptions can be accessed anytime from your My Account dashboard.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the irrevocable and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access or download links have been issued. If you experience technical difficulties, file corruption, or delivery issues, please consult our Refund Policy and contact support for an immediate resolution or file replacement.
5. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Certain digital products, such as the Prompt Vault Monthly Subscription, operate on an automated monthly billing schedule:
- Your payment method will be charged each month on the recurring renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time directly through your My Account dashboard or by emailing support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the active prepaid period; no partial-month refunds are provided.
6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All brand names, logos, website layout, graphic assets, curated prompt architectures, and written documentation on AdiGiVault are the intellectual property of AdiGiVault. Unauthorized automated scraping, extraction, copying, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
AdiGiVault provides all templates, workflows, and prompts on an “as-is” basis. While we verify and test all assets, AdiGiVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital assets.
