Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Digital Goods

Because digital products—including Excel template packs, Notion systems, video editing bundles, viral reels archives, AI video prompt collections, and educational guides—are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once download links or vault access credentials have been issued.

This policy complies with standard international digital e-commerce regulations and local consumer guidelines for intangible digital downloads.

2. Technical Inspection & File Integrity Guarantee

Every digital product listed on AdiGiVault undergoes multi-step quality assurance before publication:

• File Integrity: All archives (.zip, .xlsx, .pdf, .json) are verified against corruption and malware.
• Compatibility: Software requirements and template versions are explicitly tested and listed on each product page.
• Prompt Verification: AI video prompts are pre-tested on supported models (Kling, Luma Dream Machine, Runway Gen-3, Midjourney).

3. Replacement & Corrupted File Support

If you encounter any of the following issues after purchase, our dedicated support team will resolve it promptly:

• Damaged or Corrupted Archive: If an archive cannot be extracted using standard tools (WinRAR, 7-Zip, macOS Archive Utility), we will supply a direct alternative mirror link or re-generate the archive.
• Missing Download Link: If an email delivery is delayed by spam filters or your network drops during checkout, we will immediately resend your access credentials upon verification of your transaction reference or order number.
• Discrepancy: If a delivered asset materially differs from the verified product description, we will rectify the delivery or provide an equivalent asset bundle.

4. Duplicate Purchase Policy

If you accidentally purchase the same digital bundle twice within a 24-hour window using the same email or payment method, please contact us immediately with both transaction receipts. Upon verification, we will refund the duplicate transaction or credit your account with a bundle of equal value.

5. Subscription Cancellation (Prompt Vault)

For recurring subscription products (e.g., Prompt Vault Monthly Subscription):

• You can cancel your subscription anytime with one click through your My Account dashboard.
• Cancellation immediately stops future monthly renewals. You retain full access to premium prompts until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• Partial-month refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
